This is a hands-on training and development opportunity for Umpires looking to improve, advance their skill set and be part of a program that is designed to develop Umpires in their craft. This is a great opportunity to be trained and evaluated by some of EBUA's top Umpires and will have a long term impact on building a successful career working baseball games.

This clinic is open to all levels of baseball Umpires including, but not limited to, beginners, intermediates and advanced Umpires. ALL experience levels are welcomed. Whether you have been Umpiring for 20 years or 20 days, we are ready to help you expand your potential, assist you in raising the summit of your ceiling and set you up for success.

This program was designed to be affordable and accommodating, and will provide a consistent foundation of a unique learning experience. The on-site clinic, online training, live game eval process and developmental mentoring program has proven to be successful to Umpires that have already been part of our commitment and dedication for the betterment of our Association.

Come learn from officials that have seen great success in both the professional and collegiate levels. Learn new approaches and find out about the mental aspect the best Umpires in the business are constantly thinking about during a game. Learn about what has worked for them but equally important - what hasn't. Take the mistakes others have made and learn what you should and can avoid.
