CLAIMING A GAME FEE
What you need to do:
This page is for those of you that feel you are owed a game fee or fees or a travel fee.
The PLATE Umpire for the assignment or assignments is responsible for filling out the needed information. Please explain your situation in detail and remember to include your Partner's name, the date, the field, the time, the home team, the away team, the game number (off arbiter) and ANY proof (screenshots/voice mails/e mails/pictures, etc...) as an attachment. Click on Attach Files when you're done filling out the form if you want to provide proof of any communications.
Make sure you click submit after ALL of the information is provided.
CLAIMS NEED TO BE MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS IN ORDER FOR THERE TO BE AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT YOUR MONEY FOR YOU AND YOUR PARTNER.
